Is FeaturedSmile HIPAA-compliant?
Yes. We take HIPAA and patient privacy very seriously. All patients who record a review are directed to a share agreement, where they must agree to the terms before their video is released to you for sharing. We safely store their data, and it's inaccessible by unauthorized users. For Enterprise subscribers, we also offer a data security review as a part of our custom onboarding.
Which social media sites do you integrate with?
Our Standard plan offers integrations with Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube. Additionally, you will be able to publish videos directly to your website through our widget.
The Premium plan adds LinkedIn and the option to have our team create branded social media accounts on your behalf.
We also provide access to custom integrations at the Enterprise plan.
